Jason has dedicated his entire legal career to the area of Trial Practice
and Litigation. During his time at Stetson Law School, Jason was an
active participant and member of the schools' nationally renowned Mock
Trial Team. (US. News & World Report Ranked Stetson's University College
of Law as the #1 ranked school for Trial Practice in the Nation for
1995-1996.) His personal involvement helped to lead the school to State
and National Championships including the prestigious Chester Bedell
Memorial Mock Trial Competition (96), NACDL's Cathey E. Bennet Mock Trial
Competition (95), and ATLA's Regional and National Mock Trial Competitions
(96).

Since becoming a licensed attorney, Jason has handled nearly one thousand
claims including those filed in Civil County Courts, Civil Circuit Courts,
United States District Court Middle District of Florida, State Workers'
Compensation and Division of Administrative Hearings. He has been lead
counsel on cases litigated in Civil Circuit Court in 19 of Florida's 20
Civil Circuit Court Divisions, obtaining at least one Jury Verdict in five
separate divisions. He has further appeared as lead counsel in Worker's
Compensation cases in all 17 Districts in the State of Florida.
Some representative clients have included Fortune 500 Companies, America's
largest insurance companies, various Commercial Trucking entities, Fast
Food Chains, and departments of city, county, and state agencies. In
representing these various clients, Jason always tries to learn not only
the germane facts of a case, but also a firm understanding of the
corporate culture and specific business practice of his client's industry.
Understanding the client's business leads to a better understanding of how
to best represent the client's interest.

Regardless of whom Jason represents his philosophy remains simple, "
Corporations and individuals alike want to know their problem is your
problem and they want to know that it is being handled in the best way
possible". "Sometimes success for a client is taking a case to trial and
obtaining a Zero Verdict, after the other side has asked a jury for Four
Million Dollars; other times, it's being wise enough to negotiate a
settlement agreement and avoid the very real risk of great financial
exposure". Professionalism, Expertise, and Experience are the qualities
Jason Recksiedler has to offer.

When not practicing law, Jason spends his time riding motorcycles and
playing tennis or hockey.
